Service DescriptionWikiWriters.co.uk specialises in Wikipedia page creation, writing, and editing services. All services are offered in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines and policies. However, we do not guarantee the approval or permanent retention of Wikipedia pages, as Wikipedia is a third-party platform governed by its own community rules.
Disclaimer- We do not control the final decisions made by Wikipedia editors regarding page approvals, edits, or deletions.
- We make no guarantees regarding the length of time a Wikipedia page will remain live or unaltered by Wikipedia's community editors.
- We are not liable for any changes, revisions, or deletions made by Wikipedia or its volunteer editors after the page is submitted and/or approved.
User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when requested.
- Do not misuse our services for illegal or malicious purposes.
- Comply with Wikipedia's terms, policies, and content guidelines.
Payment TermsAll services provided by WikiWriters.co.uk require payment in full as per the service plan or package selected. Payment must be made via the methods indicated on our website.
If any payment is declined or reversed after services have been provided, we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies to recover the amount due.
Refund PolicyAt Wiki Solutions, we offer services such as Wikipedia editing and publishing, digital marketing, content writing, web design, development, visual design, and consultation. We provide refunds under specific circumstances:
- Failed Publishing Attempts: If we've delivered a notability assessment report and Wikipedia draft but are unable to publish the page.
- Delayed Delivery: If we fail to provide the notability report or draft within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Lack of Communication: If you've reached out at least three times via email with no response or service delivery from us.
- Page Deletion: If your Wikipedia page is deleted within 30 days of publication due to non-compliance with Wikipedia's content or editing guidelines, we will attempt to republish it. If we fail to do so within the communicated timeframe, a refund will be issued.
However, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Notability Services: If you've only purchased notability assessment or draft writing services without publishing, and you don't meet the Wikipedia notability criteria, no refund will be provided unless we fail to deliver the report or draft on time.
- Premature Submission: If we inform you that your notability is weak and you insist on submitting the page for review, no refund will be issued if the page is not published.
- Incomplete Information: If you don't provide the necessary details through our questionnaire within 3 days of purchasing our services, no refund will be offered.
- Previous Publishing Attempts: No refund will be issued if you fail to tell us about previous attempts to publish the page, including administrative blocks or prior deletions on Wikipedia.
- Customer Edits: If the page is deleted due to edits made by you or someone you've appointed, no refund will be processed.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the service.
- Lack of Response: If you fail to respond to 5 consecutive emails or remain inactive for 6 months, no refund will be issued.
- Page Deletion After 30 Days: If your Wikipedia page is deleted after 30 days and you haven't purchased page maintenance, no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests.
Revision PolicyOur aim is to ensure your satisfaction with the work we provide. Our revision policy is as follows:
- Standard Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to three (3) revisions of their Wikipedia page or article within 2-3 weeks of delivery. These revisions must be based on the original requirements and will address any issues with grammar, structure, or adherence to Wikipedia's guidelines.
- Additional Revisions: If further revisions are required beyond the three (3) allowed revisions, they may incur an additional fee, depending on the nature and extent of the changes.
- Revision Timeframe: Each revision request must be submitted within 2-3 weeks of the previous draft or revision. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for further free revisions.
Intellectual PropertyAll content created by WikiWriters.co.uk is considered the client's intellectual property once payment is completed in full. However, we reserve the right to showcase non-sensitive portions of completed work in our portfolio unless expressly forbidden by the client.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property in any materials provided to us, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purposes of providing the services.
Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, WikiWriters.co.uk will not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Any loss of profit, business, or reputation due to changes, deletion, or rejection of your Wikipedia page by third-party editors.
Our total liability in connection with our services will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service provided.
ConfidentialityWe respect the confidentiality of all client communications and documents. Any information shared with us during the service process will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of delivering the service.
